At autodecad.com, we strive to provide high-quality Autodesk software products and excellent customer service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.


Delivery Policy

How You Will Receive Your Product

After completing your purchase, your Autodesk license, activation key, or subscription instructions will be delivered electronically via email.

Delivery Timeframe:

  • Typically within 1 to 8 hours after payment confirmation

  • In some cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to verification or Autodesk processing requirements

No physical shipping is involved unless explicitly indicated at the time of purchase.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product key or license was not activated

  • The wrong product was delivered due to an error on our part

  • There was a technical issue preventing product activation, and our support team was unable to resolve it


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • The software has been downloaded and activated successfully

  • The wrong product was purchased due to customer error

  • The request is based on a change of mind or personal preference


3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@tubcad.com with your order details

  2. Provide Proof: Include proof of purchase and a description of the issue

  3. Processing Time: Refund requests are reviewed within 1 to 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 days maximum


4. Exchanges

  • If you received the wrong product, we will exchange it for the correct one at no additional cost

  • Exchanges must be requested within 8 hours maximum from the time of delivery


5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe:

  • Check your bank account

  • Contact your payment provider, as it may take time before the refund is officially posted

  • If the issue persists, contact us at support@tubcad.com


6. Autodesk Perpetual Software Licenses

All Autodesk perpetual software licenses may be returned or canceled within 30 days from the date of invoice, provided the license has not been activated or used.

This includes:

  • Autodesk AutoCAD

  • Autodesk Revit

  • Autodesk Inventor

  • Autodesk Civil 3D

  • Autodesk Fusion 360 (perpetual license)

  • Autodesk 3ds Max

  • Any other Autodesk software purchased as a perpetual license

Once a license is activated, it is non-refundable.


7. Autodesk Subscription Products

For Autodesk subscription-based products:

  • Subscriptions may be canceled within 30 days to avoid future charges, subject to Autodesk subscription terms

  • No refund is available for subscription periods already started

  • All cancellations must be submitted to support@tubcad.com


8. Order Issues & Incorrect Delivery

If you experience:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Incorrect license

  • Missing activation key

Please contact support@tubcad.com immediately. FCFD will work with Autodesk to resolve the issue promptly.


9. Important Notices

  • FCFD is an authorized Autodesk reseller; all product licenses are authentic and legally sourced

  • Autodesk, the Autodesk logo, and product names are trademarks of Autodesk, Inc., used for reference only

  • Refund eligibility, subscription terms, and license rights are determined by Autodesk
